Philmont Scout Ranch provides an unforgettable adventure along its
hundreds of miles of rugged, rocky
trails. Hiking at Philmont is often
difficult. Weighty packs, steep trails, and high altitudes challenge
even the best backpackers. Troop 137 scouts who are 15 or older are
eligible to attend Philmont. All of
the scouts and leaders that went should be
congratulated. Philmont is not an easy trip to go on.
